In the unfortunate event of an accident, it's your right to have your car repaired at the Bodyshop of your choice.

It’s not something that any of us like to think about, but accidents do happen. Whether it’s just a minor scratch or something more serious, you expect to have complete faith in the bodyshop that you entrust to restore your BMW to a standard that would exceed your expectations.

You should always remember you have the right to choose where your accident repairs are carried out. You are not obliged to accept the repairer that your insurance company recommends, and you only need to provide one estimate for them.
